Under "My data", you can request a copy of the data Camperwolf stores about your account.
What does the data export include?
The export contains data and activity associated with your Camperwolf account. This includes, for example:
- your account and profile data
- your settings and consents
- reviews and other contributions
- favorites and other interactions
- photos and the information stored with them
- XP, badges and other gamification data
- notifications
- your support requests and messages
The data is collected in a ZIP file. It contains your data in structured files together with your existing photos.
How do I request an export?
Start the export under "My data". Camperwolf will then prepare the file for you.
Once the export is ready, you can download it there.
Important: A completed export is available for download for 72 hours. After that, the export file is deleted automatically.
How often can I create an export?
After a successful export request, you can request another export after 7 days.
If an export fails to be created, it does not start a new waiting period.
Who can download my export?
The download is tied to your account. Other Camperwolf users cannot download your data export.
Privacy and your rights
The data export helps you view the data stored in connection with your Camperwolf account and receive it in a machine-readable format.
