Report problems, follow replies and manage your own support requests.
If you find a problem on Camperwolf, want to suggest an improvement or need help with something else, you can send us a message using "Report a problem".
Some information about the page you are currently viewing is included automatically. This helps us find and understand the problem more quickly.
For known bugs or features that are already planned, Camperwolf may show you matching entries before you submit a new report.
My reports
When you are signed in, "My reports" shows all support requests you have created.
There you can:
- see the current status of your report
- read replies from Camperwolf
- answer follow-up questions
- follow the history of the report
When the status of your report changes or you receive a reply, Camperwolf will notify you.
