Der Yachthafen Dreiländereck Lauenförde ist ein 10 ha grosses Gelände mit einem Mobilstellplatz, einem Campingplatz und einer Steganlage für 60 Sportboote. Die Anlage ist die einzige an der Oberweser, in der man Camping mit dem Bootssport verbinden kann. Der Yachthafen verfügt über eine Slipanlage, einen Trailerplatz und über Gaststege. Die vier Mobilstellplätze haben eine Stellmöglichkeit von ca. 60 Fahrzeugen. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Sanitäranlage mit Duschen und Toiletten. Ein Radservice wird angeboten. Eine Elektroauto-Ladestation ist vorhanden.
